摘要: 针对网络环境中制造服务运营的复杂性特点,建立了制造服务系统的自组织模型,该模型包括制造服务系统的组建、运作和终止等自组织过程,初步实现了制造服务的智能化应用。应用元胞自动机方法构建了制造服务系统功能结构,采用自动机理论建立了制造服务系统的动态运行特征,同时讨论了制造服务系统的终止识别模式和绩效评估方法。通过制造企业的制造服务系统组建、运作和终止示例验证了制造服务系统自组织模型的有效性,以及基于元胞自动机建模与分析的优越性。

Abstract: Aiming at the complexity of manufacturing service operation in network environment,a manufacturing system self-organization model was established.The model included the manufacturing service systems self-organization process such as construction,operation and termination,and the intelligent application of manufacturing services was preliminarily realized.Cellular automata method was used to build function structure of manufacturing service system,and the automata theory was used to establish dynamic characteristics of manufacturing service system.Meanwhile,termination recognition mode and performance evaluation method of the manufacturing service system were discussed.The effectiveness of proposed model was verified by example of manufacturing service system's construction,operation and termination in manufacturing enterprises,and the advantages of modeling as well as analysis based on cellular automata was also proved.
